Information we collect

When you contact us through the website, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, subject, and message. We also store a submission identifier, submission time, and a limited source label used to understand how an inquiry reached us.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to questions, discuss custom orders, operate the website, protect the form from abuse, and maintain a record of inquiries. We do not use contact-form submissions to enroll you in marketing messages.

Service providers

The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Contact submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from abuse, Brevo delivers an internal notification to Cape Cod Accents, and EzPz Central imports the saved inquiry for authorized business access. These providers may process technical information needed to provide their services.

Website interactions

The website may record a click on an email link together with the page and link location. This record does not contain the destination email address, your form answers, a cookie identifier, your IP address, or your full browsing history. A coarse first-touch source is kept only in the current browser tab and is sent only if you use a measured email link or submit the contact form.

Maps and third-party links

The Visit us section includes embedded Google Maps. When these maps load or you interact with them, your browser connects to Google and Google's privacy practices apply. Links to maps and social networks also lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained as needed to respond to inquiries, operate the business, and meet applicable obligations.
